Purpose of the Organization

To promote an interest in art in the community.
To acquaint the public with the work of local artists.
To maintain art and artists on a high esthetic level.
To provide sales opportunities for member artists.

Membership

Lake Area Artists comprise of 30 active members.  Once a year in November, LAA members can choose to sponsor a prospective new member if one of the 30 existing members resigns from the organization.
